Digital guides, templates, and online courses designed to help enterprises navigate legal processes. Access is delivered via secure download or protected portal.
2.3 Goods
Printed manuals, workbooks, and other physical materials that support legal compliance and best practices for enterprises.
3. Fees and Billing
Fees are determined based on our published rate schedule or as agreed in writing. Invoices are issued via email and payment is due within 30 days of receipt. Late payment may incur additional charges.
4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Legal Services
Clients may request to reschedule a service engagement with at least 48 hours' notice. If a paid consultation has not commenced, a full refund is available upon request via our contact form. Once work has begun, services involve custom deliverables and collaboration; therefore fees are non-refundable. However, at our discretion, unused time may be credited toward future services.
4.2 Information Products
Clients may request a refund on digital materials within 14 days of purchase provided that less than 10% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, submit your details via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within five business days using the original payment method.
4.3 Goods
Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery, unopened and in original packaging. Shipping cost for sending back is the responsibility of the client. Refunds on approved goods will be processed within seven business days after receipt of the items.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sylvian's liability for direct damages arising from any service or product is limited to the total amount of fees paid for that service or product.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Sylvian are owned by Sylvian and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as explicitly stated in writing.
7. Amendments
Sylvian may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
